A NantHealth investor has filed a lawsuit against the company and its CEO, Patrick Soon-Shiong, MD, after a STAT investigation into Dr. What is a health information manager Soon-Shiong’s philanthropic donation to Salt Lake City-based University of Utah, according to STAT.
